What new: The all new POS application is live, hope you love it.
Leider entspricht diese App nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich wollte dieses Programm nutzen um eine Pfandgebühr zu meinen Produkten hinzuzufügen. Nur leider ist das noch ziemlich verbuggt. Wenn die Produktmenge im Warenkorb geändert wird, aktualisiert sich die Pfandgebühr nicht. Somit ist dieses Programm nach 3 Stunden rumtüfteln leider nutzlos für mich.

the application does not work, I immediately wrote to the technical service and they still have not replied after 4 days!
This morning the application is impossible to open. DNS error! Warning!
uninstalled immediately!

We hoped this app would help us with adding a transaction fee for credit cards. We had a difficult time getting answers from the app developer, and once they did the answers were not clear.
We uninstalled the app after 7 days (which is the trial period) and they still charged us. We contacted them to ask them to reverse the fee, and they refused to do so. We were never able to successfully use the app, and got no value from it. It likely works well for other things, but not what we were trying to do.
I do not recommend this app as the developer does not seem to be very professional or care about customer service. The fact that they would not refund us, even though we installed and uninstalled the app within their trial period (Installed on September 15th and uninstalled on September 22).
Update: They issued us a refund after saying they wouldn't, only after we left this review and after Shopify Support directly instructed them to do so (because we only used the app during the trial period). Shopify does not manage refunds, it is on the developer to do so. I would have considered changing my review, but then they responded initially to this review by saying "2. The charging is managed by Shopify not us, for god sake don't lie." which is defamatory, and obviously so considering Shopify support confirmed.
An application with an excessively slow loading time, taking 5 seconds just to update a cart, is entirely unacceptable. The customer support seems to be making light of and evading serious issues. Within just 48 hours of installation, the website is plagued by problems such as reload loops and missing fees, significantly impacting user experience. This has been an extremely unsatisfactory encounter; I strongly advise against giving it a try.
