great app, takes away the hassle of image re-szing
Saw many positive reviews, so give it a try. The result is, hundreds of product photos are missing, and we have to recover them one by one. Pixc doesn't provide a button to recover all the photos.
1. The images that we want to resized are never resized.
2. The images that we think look good are deleted by Pixc.
What a mess now!! will have to spend hours to recover all the photos.
App stopped working for some reason today.

What this app fails to say is it's actually not free, you only receive a certain amount of photos (which realistically isn't enough for any store with a lot of product) and after that it cost 5 cents per photo to edit! Definitely not worth 5 cents per photo. The concept is a good idea but not worth the cost. Uninstalling!
I'm sorry that you are not happy with our pricing. We did explain in the description that the first 150 images are free. Alternatively can also pay $19.99/month to have unlimited images resized -- which we would hope would save you hours of your time.
Unfortunately to be able to employ our software development team and customer service team, we need to charge for our app. We work really hard on making sure our pricing is fair for all businesses.
We hope you will give Pixc another try 😀
PS. Excuse the delay in this reply, this is a new feature of Shopify's.
I thought it's free and chose the free plan to give it a try. End up a $3.55 one time charge. Still a good price, easy to use. Not much difference to me though. Maybe slightly changes that I can't even tell. It depends. But I really didn't understand the free plan becomes a charge. As a beginner, I need to be aware of the "free" in the future.

As listed in our description, the first 50 images are free for anyone who uses the app. We would LOVE to be able to provide you with a free app on-going however like all businesses we have costs too and processing images involves engineering/team and server costs. We have worked hard to price our app appropriately. If you have any further feedback, we would love to hear it.
