TERRIBLE!!!! Ask for help since I have thousands of pictures to update and this service take forever. Found 20000 images and has been running for five days and not even half way done! Never heard a work from customer service.....
Customer service just saying wait.They didnt make anything.

Didn't change my photos, They seem out of sorts, and nothing is uniform. everything is a different size

Well automated process and managed to process 90% of my images so not perfect, but what is!
1. Doesnt resize all images so the store looks worse, some images are really big some are really small. 2. Takes a long time, 6400 pictures to resize on my site took 48 hours total 3. corrupted some product pictures so now when I klick on the product it says the product doesnt exist. Good concept, poor excustion

Soooooo helpful. Don't have to worry about the size of the pictures, just add them all and let Pixc do it's job.

The worst app I've ever tried. I tried to resize some images (paid for it too), they were never resized, instead, it resized newly uploaded ones that shouldn't have been resized

This app does not work, it would not resize my images to make them all the same. Even after “upgrading” my plan it still did not work.

Just bought the premium and had it running doing its job.. so i thought... the same pics that were not size correctly were ... shocking.. still not sized ??!!!??
and this is the PAID version. I emailed twice still havent heard back. Going to have to resize manually. I wish this app would be more specific in what it can do and not do... buyer beware. Stick w free plan. The same results as paid.
