Does the job but would be so much better if you could choose the ratio

It works sometimes, but it's not easy to find the file I want to work on, even if I search for the product name or the file name using the app search. I used the free resize given upon install. After I subscribed and paid the cost, it assumed the ones I used for free were the same for the paid version, so I ended up paying for what I used as a free user! So I need to pay for an individual resize or upgrade to a higher tier!!
I was scammed for 0.50$ to resize one image!

I've had this app for several years now, and I have absolutely LOVED it - until today. I had 14 new photos to resize, and I selected them all and was charged $0.70 for those 14, as expected - except the app only resized 13, and I was left with one left over. Not thinking I'd be charged again (since I was already charged my fee of resizing 14 and only having 13 resized), I opted to try again on that last one. I was then charged $0.50 for that resize (instead of just $0.05 for the single resize) since, according to their FAQs, the minimum payment amount accepted by their payment gateway is $0.50. It might not be a big deal to most people, but these cents add up. Buyer beware.

Update: I am happy with the customer service provided after my feedback was left. I only wish that getting in touch with the service were easier and that I had to leave less-than-stellar feedback to be helped. If there's a link to contact the app's support team, I didn't find it.

Purchased $5 per month option. But it does not allow me to use the product.

This app works really well to keep on top of photo resizing. I needed some help with a few photos and had amazing customer support from Jessie and Jen - they were able to help me with my issue and really went above and beyond! I recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy way to manage photo sizing to create a uniform look to their store.

Initially left a different review and the App contact me right away. I can not believe how Incredibly helpful they were - above and beyond service! It took several days to resolve my issues but they answered every questioned and kept going until my issues were resolved.

I never expected that much assistance from an App. Highly recommend.

The app was easy to use. However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??! How is this possible? It should downgrade at the end of the billing cycle that I already paid for in full. I hope that we receive a credit to our card or our service is reinstated.

J'ai payé comme me l'a demandé un assistant de cette App pour pouvoir redimensionner mes 13 000 photos et enlever les bordures de toutes mes photos et après des heures de redimensionnement d'image, j'en ai encore tout un tas qui n'ont même pas été retouchées et impossible de les retoucher car l'application ne me propose même pas de les retoucher. Je me retrouve donc avec un travail fait à moitié par l'application bien que j'ai pourtant payé pour avoir un travail fait correctement et surtout complètement. J'ai envoyé un mail à l'assistance, j'attend leur réponse car je suis vraiment déçu d'avoir dû payer 19.99$ pour un travail aussi bâclé.
