This app works really well to keep on top of photo resizing. I needed some help with a few photos and had amazing customer support from Jessie and Jen - they were able to help me with my issue and really went above and beyond! I recommend this app to anyone looking for an easy way to manage photo sizing to create a uniform look to their store.
The app was easy to use. However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??! How is this possible? It should downgrade at the end of the billing cycle that I already paid for in full. I hope that we receive a credit to our card or our service is ...
