I've had this app for several years now, and I have absolutely LOVED it - until today. I had 14 new photos to resize, and I selected them all and was charged $0.70 for those 14, as expected - except the app only resized 13, and I was left with one left over. This app works really well to keep on top of photo resizing. I needed some help with a few photos and had amazing customer support from Jessie and Jen - they were able to help me with my issue and really went above and beyond! However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??!
