I've had this app for several years now, and I have absolutely LOVED it - until today. I had 14 new photos to resize, and I selected them all and was charged $0.70 for those 14, as expected - except the app only resized 13, and I was left with one left over. This app works really well to keep on top of photo resizing. I needed some help with a few photos and had amazing customer support from Jessie and Jen - they were able to help me with my issue and really went above and beyond! It is not even working.
Refresh, Analyze etc.... nothing but the
same old scan from months ago.
Images that have already been resized
included... from months ago.
New images... no where to be found in
the "analysis"
