Get app with very accessible tech support team and great customer service! It function perfectly!.... We just had an element that wasn't working well but someone got in touch immediately and the problem was solved.
They have just added the reviews export option that sends a csv export of reviews to your email and it's formatted in such a way that any major review plugin shouldn't have any problems importing from Opinew. This means that we own any reviews collected while using Opinew, which is not always the case with other reviews app

Nothing special, too expensive. Even got charged after unistalling.
Thanks for the review, sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time. Our prices are already very competitive with the key players within in the review space but Opinew also has the ability to Import Amazon reviews in bulk and keep them auto-synced, The only app on the market place to be able to do this.
Regarding the charge, you installed Opinew on 29th April and uninstalled on 12th June and were charged 1 months subscription on our Starter Plan.
If you would consider giving us another chance we would welcome you onto a free 1 to 1 onboarding session so that you can get the most out of your plan.

Staff does a good job and app works smoothly!
The app looks professional and soooo ez to use. The customer service is excellent. I switched themes and it stopped working so I contacted Daniel and he go it up and running in a matter of minutes. No work from my end.

Very happy with this app so far. We were able to transfer our ebay and amazon reviews over to our website, and have gotten many new customer reviews since we signed up. Affordable too!
