Awesome customer service. We spoke to few rep and we had the best customer service experience with Segmedina. She was willing to listen and very prompt at getting issues fixed.

The app itself is amazing. Just make sure you turn the auto sync off if you do not want your import credit to run out quickly as that can get expensive. The app dashboard is VERY easy to use. Importing reviews is a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend Opinew.

Most excellent app. We were able to migrate all our reviews from Woocommerce to Shopify with very little effort. And very happy with the Opinew Dashboard as it's intuitive and easy to use. Front end looks great too. Oh, and I contacted support today and they were very helpful (thanks Romana!). Continue to receive top support from Lisa and Danna!

I've now been using the app since April of 2022 and love it! The support team are very responsive and the app itself really adds value to my site.

Worthless. It was a great app at first, but for almost six months now I have been having problems adding Ali reviews. For six months now I have been contacting these people every two weeks or every month and all they say is:
We understand your frustration, we apologize for the inconvenience, our team is working on it. Can your team not solve this in 6 months? Meanwhile, I pay 20 euros every month. For what? Keep your promises and make sure everything works.

We are a paying customer (Starter). Amazon import reviews does NOT work properly.

Everything else works fine, but Amazon import reviews doesn't work well. We have had this issue several times in the past, and now again.

We have raised the issue 2 weeks ago to Support, and the only answer we get is "our technical team is working on it, we will solve it asap". 2 weeks already. Disappointing. As said, everything else works fine, but not the Amazon imports.

We've been really impressed with the Opinew app and, more importantly, the team behind it. From the initial setup to ongoing customizations, their support has been nothing short of excellent. They worked closely with us to make sure the app integrated seamlessly with our store and have continued to help us tailor features to meet our evolving needs. This app has gone downhill fast. Prices have skyrocketed, and they've stripped away features that were part of the base paid package. Now, I have to pay FIVE TIMES MORE just to respond to reviews on my products—a feature that was previously included. This is a blatant cash grab that completely disregards the small businesses Opinew claims to support with said package.

Customer support has become a nightmare. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, the reps act clueless. One even told me there was no record of our previous conversations. I HAD TO INCLUDE SCREENSHOTS OF PREVIOUS MESSAGES BEFORE I GOT SOME HELP. This level of incompetence and disregard for loyal customers is infuriating.

This review gathering feature of this app has been broken for over 4 months, and I wasn't notified, yet they continued to collect money. I can't believe how unethical these people are.

I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away.

Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend
