I was looking for an app enabling me to import reviews from Amazon easily and without limitations, and this app seems to be the best one for that.
It's very practical, with a beautiful display as well, and there are also great marketing tools like emails for customers.
And the customer service is great, I got some help quickly to customize some elements.

We love this app! It is very easy to set up and offers simple but powerful benefits. We are able to import our reviews from Amazon and manage settings with no issues. Reviews are so important to help customers feel confident with their purchase. We immediately experienced an increase in our conversion rate after adding Opinew and displaying customer reviews to our visitors. We had a few questions about setting up some of the extra features and the support team was very responsive and helpful. I wish we would have discovered Opinew sooner!

I'm loving the app so far...It was exactly what I needed for my store. And the support has been great. At first, I thought it was pricey (premium plan), but I think for the features, relative ease of use, and quality of support (so far), I don't mind. I only wish that more somewhat mid-level features were available to the premium tier e.g feeding star rating to Google shopping and an auto sliding carousel. I mean, for $29 monthly, is that too much to ask?♀️

After searching for a while, we narrowed the review app contenders down to 3. We needed something to get our store showing reviews from elsewhere quickly, plus pull in our shops store rating. Opinew came out top and since we've been working with the app there has been very few problems. Anything that we have noticed that needs tweaked, the Opinew support team have been very fast to resolve for us via the built in live chat service. Very pleased with the app and 5 stars for Opinew!

I started to hire a VA to import all my amazon reviews to shopify but then found this software that does it all automatically! It saved me money and a ton of time. I also am excited to use the email review request feature. I reached out for customer service and they responded instantly and even did some edits to my code to make everything work better. Pretty decent software, Took them quite some time to give me a proper response, and even then there seemed to be a lot of trouble communicating... but at least they eventually responded, so there's that
*IMPORTANT: You can NOT import ebay reviews with this app, or any other that i've found due to ebay changing how the reviews work. However you can still do it manually. You need to get a hold of the CSV file. You need to get the CSV files directly from the ebay seller, as the product reviews are nolonger displayed on the product itself in ebay. I can 100% confirm this as i've done my own research. And am in the process of obtaining those files from the seller so i can add the reviews to shopify manually through shopify admin.
