This app is a must have for ALL Shopify store owners. The customer service is absolutely wonderful to work with. They take your inquiries seriously and make sure they walk with you every step of the way to ensure that all requests are made to your standards...and most often times than not, they go above and beyond. If you want to increase your business metrics, then this app should be in your portfolio. Period. Keep up the great work, Opinew!

App was working fine until I tried importing reviews - now it seems unresponsive and will not allow me to delete imported review or import new reviews. I deleted app and re-added to see if that would do the trick, but I came back to the same issue.
Hi - the issue was quickly resolved within a few hours. We were upgrading our app and it was a little unresponsive for a little while. All that for the best of course since the update introduced many new updates, fixes and improvements :)

Hopefully this app works as promised, I saw great things wrote about it compared to other review apps that require a lot of manual work to add CVS files to import reviews ;p

Only just installed but so far very happy with it. Relatively intuitive to use and looks pretty with lots of customisation possibilities. Also best ever customer support (special shoutout to Daniel)! I'm using a free version and what you get is pretty amazing. Tried 2 other apps briefly and this was the best. For the Opinew team:
There are some things that could be further optimised (e.g. in 'request schedule' section it'd be nice to see product order date and ordered items, or be able to sort customers) and also and some glitches (e.g. I seem to have to click "schedule" button twice before it gets sent) Thanks for the great work guys!

Tip. Top. This is an absolutely smashingly well-realized application. It has solved, and I mean fully solved...an issue we'd had with for years with our old site. This app has really gamed out every last conceivable issue with product reviews from collection to syndication. It makes it astonishingly easy to surface product level reviews for pretty much everything we carry, the integration with Google Shopping was a snap, their documentation is excellent, and the install process was genuinely like magic....really, really fast and perfectly executed. The onboarding process was as professional as anything we've experienced in the Shopify space. The customer support is nonpariel, absolutely fabulous. As far as we're concerned, these guys have hung the moon. If you're thinking about installing this, stop thinking and just do it.

I was looking for an app enabling me to import reviews from Amazon easily and without limitations, and this app seems to be the best one for that.
It's very practical, with a beautiful display as well, and there are also great marketing tools like emails for customers.
And the customer service is great, I got some help quickly to customize some elements.
