I left the original review at the bottom, but needed to update. We left Opinew in 2023 because it lacked some features and integrations we needed as we grew. After a year on Loox, we needed features they didn't support so came back to see how Opinew has evolved. Wow, how a year changes things... Endless technical issues and Opinew has now outsourced support. Their support is subpar to put it nicely. If you're just using the basic features, it may be alright but there's a plethora of other review apps at a much better rate. If you operate a real business and not just a hobby, stay away.

Love the app but love the service even more. Onboarding is a breeze, they walk you through all the features and help configure the settings around your goals during the setup. Support is immediate - we found a bug and their team had it fixed within a few hours. Highly recommend

Really nice review app;);) My favorite feature is that you're able to import amazon reviews from any Amazon link, that way you can get super real and verified reviews by finding your identical item on amazon and copying the link review. Highly recommend.

This app makes it so easy to import your reviews from Amazon into your Shopify store. I also like the feature of allowing customers to ask questions on a product and posting answers that can be public or not, either way the customer gets an answer emailed to them. Works great!
