Good support, open for new ideas and features. App is stable and fast, fits our needs.
Update: 23.01.2025 - Unfortunately the App is not really stable and still has many bugs. The support is great and really trying to resolve issues, but one step forward, two steps back... The App might be good in future, but currently I can't recommend it.
The support team is very responsive and helpful, and they clearly understand customer needs and value. They assisted me quickly and professionally whenever I needed help. Opinew Product Review is a goood plugin with excellent support behind it.
I was trying to get the app to work with my new theme and their support team worked quickly to get it working perfectly. Great support and app!

Excellent reviews app with Q&A.
I would love to see more options in the design UI.
10/10 The app is flawless with many customizable features.
I mainly wanted this app to import our Amazon reviews. They imported fine, but I had a problem publishing them to the pages. I used their chat support and Vatsal fixed the problem for me very quickly. Very happy. Thanks Vatsal.
Probably the best reviews app out there.
Paul and the support team are so quick to help. The app looks great with plenty of styles to choose from.
I managed to migrate over from Yotpo within 15 minutes, was as simple as uploading a CSV!
I greatly appreciate the flexibility to select which reviews to publish. Smiljan has been incredibly helpful, accommodating all of my requests with efficiency.
