I must say that Adna was amazing in providing customer service. She helped me import products that were initially failing to import. As for the app itself, it is excellent for what you need it to do. A must have for all Shopify stores.

So far so good - really good customer support which is necessary for an app like this - I think its tremendously valuable to be able to import and use reviews from other platforms it makes the reviews themselves a lot more valuable to be able to use them universally. Great idea

Opinew Product Reviews is the best app and it has excellent service. The process to import reviews was easy and quick and Emira, the support staff from Opinew was very helpful.

Better than Judge.me for sure the support is excellent, was using judge me for 2 years but they started acting up and trying to force me to pay for every little interaction
