Kenan's service was excellent, this plug-in is very user-friendly, fast, and very easy to use.
I used this app to pull reviews from Amazon. It has great social proof.

I used this app last year and it was great. The only reason I decided to uninstall was because at the time I didn't have many customers. Today I noticed some code was left from the app and got in touch with their support team. They attended me immediately, and even though I am not their client anymore tried to solve the problem within minutes. Amazing customer support, if one day I decide to start collecting reviews again it will be with Opinew
Their staff helped me to do this.
It makes it incredibly easy to find product reviews for almost everything we sell.

I have tried many apps to import reviews and so far this has been the best one!! The support is amazing. I was having trouble with something and I started a live chat and they answered right away! It is 10 pm where I live and they managed to respond so quickly. Also, the app lets me import from not just 1 platform but 3-4 platforms which makes my life so much easier. This app has made it so much convenient for me to sync all my reviews and also it is not too costly! I definitely recommend.

The installation process was super easy, and within 10 minutes all of my Amazon reviews were on my Shopify store. Highly recommend.

Great customer support. Respond fast and help with complex problems very effectively. Free plan has enough more most smaller stores, with paid plans for higher volume stores. Would recommend.
