This is the best review app out there at the moment. It does emails on autopilot and has brought us in 4 figures regularly since we installed it. We used to use Loox but Opinew is much better. The dev responds quickly too. A must have app for your store.

App is pretty good, does what it says so I recommend it to everybody who wants to add "review" to their site - customers can come after purchase and leave a review to them :)

I can easily say that I have never left a review in my life until today! I had a little hick up installing the reviews on the product page due to my complicated theme, however the customer support took care of it. They also went the extra mile to edit and add styling to the plug in. They genuinely care. Thank you very much!

Opinew is a great app that i have been looking for.
Previously, a lot customers asked questions via the shopify product review, and some of the customers even select a 1 star by mistake, thats not good to the conversion rate to our store. Now Opinew solved that problem on review completely.
And it allows customers to review with photos, That's awesome. It can improve conversion rate efficiently.
And Tomasz is very nice guy helping me install the app properly fast.

まだ新しいSiteで集客はあるのですが、転換率がかなり悪かった所レビューを追加することで信頼性が生まれたのか、即座に効果がありました。ちょっとわかりづらいことに関してはCustomer supportが時間外だったのにもかかわらず対応してくれて助かりました。これは望みすぎかもしれませんが、Amazonのレビューを全て拾えないという点は今後改善を期待したいポイントです。

I used to use another popular app for write reviews myself but tat was time consuming. I their app and I really should have way before. Very quick, very clean looking and efficient. Directly importing from amazon is awesome.
The only drowback is the fac that you can only remove images when you import from another source. But it's okay I this app is so good that it doesn't matter.
