The free version works exactly as you need it to.

I don't have experience of any other product reviews apps, but I have to say the support on Opinew is very good. They reply within minutes and they always see through the request, even in a different timezone. They also keep adding new features, which keeps my reviews fresh and up-to-date. John-Paris Kent

The customer service is awesome: fair and responsive. The widget loads immediately into your shopify site without any difficulites and is easy to use. Also, the widget doesn't slow down the site. The only problem is that you can't import reviews with videos, but that's due to the fact that Amazon has put protection on their site to protect their content. It has nothing to do with Opinew.

I had a small issue and they went above and beyond to fix it. I also really like the Amazon import feature, it's the main reason I got this app, and it works very well

Today, I downloaded the app to import the reviews from Amazon. After, importing the reviews I ran into some issues and could not figure out what to do next. So, I decided to go to the live chat and get help. Fortunately, Nisha was the person to guide me on every step possible and fix all the problems I had. The best customer service so far!
