Tentei aumentar o plano várias vezes mas sem sucesso. Entrei em contato com a plataforma e eles disseram que eu nao sei selecionar o plano. É claro que eu sei, mas alguém na empresa nao esta preocupado com o bug que faz com que o cliente nao possa aumentar o plano. O aplicativo é muito ruim e infelizmente nao posso mudar pois perderia mais de 9 mil resenhas

I absolutely love this app! Makes importing reviews super simple. I have contacted the support team twice in the 1.5 years I've been using Opinew - immediate response and solution within 10 minutes. I am a small business and it's sometimes hard to get all customers to leave reviews or even to show a picture with their review. This app supports my business in that aspect.

Great apps, has all the functions I need, and support was super responsive, and very helpful in resolving issues. this is a must have app for establishing trust from buyers especially if you have loads of reviews from Amazon and ebay etc.

Best free review app there is. They grow along with you. They charge only after you reach a certain number of orders which are commendable. I love how fast the support is, Tomasz went out of his way to help me out at every single instance. It couldn't have been any better experience.
