I used this APP for a few Months. It gives you useful insights but no bites. The reviews were very basic and not as informative as I hoped. My Store traffic is very slow at this point and I am trying to save until traffic picks up.

I use this app to import reviews from Amazon to my Shopify store. Very easy to navigate and there are a lot of useful tutorial videos available. Online support is super helpful!

Just installed and already in love. It's very intuitive and easy to use. 5 minutes installation and import of all my reviews from amazon.

Hands down the best review app on the market. You can customize the settings to your specific needs, import reviews from not just alixpress but also amazon which helps a lot and it overall has a nice, clean look that customers enjoy

I am just having troubles with the badge icon (the stars) it appears to me as a square not as a star, any help ?
Update: I was guided on how to fix the issue and it wasn't an Opinew problem. It was a conflict with another app that overrides the fonts. So keep in mind to carefully adjust the fonts configurations.

It's very useful. Guys are very kind they helped me out with everything even with editing the review code for product which i deleted because i thought i dont need it anymore i know i am silly, but hey, thats why we have experts to handle all of this. Used this App on my Shopify Store. Works smoothly and it has great support. following a minor issue with my image sizing within 5 mins I had contacted them and had it resolved. I will continue to use this app again in the future.
