Very helpful. I thought I was going to need to learn another app. The chat is responsive and really great at meeting your needs. I like this better than the one Shopify offers.

This help is quite user-friendly and easy to understand with a free plan available. Had certain issues with the alignment but the support gave easy to follow instructions that I could resolve myself.

After, installing and trying other companies apps, I was surprised that tech support was available early this Sunday Morning! For that reason, is why I made the decision to stick with them. And not only for that reason, I love the many features that they have at affordable price. And the last reason, is the tech support went out of his way to help me deleted some coding that was left from other installed apps. I am happy with them and glad my search is over! Its tons of apps, but having customer service/tech support available 24/7 to help with some of the features, is a major key! Thanks again!

I was able to get my Amazon reviews transferred right away and the support people work on the weekends too and they helped me fix a bug right away. I was trying another app but that one was glitchy so I'm SO glad I found this one. PLUS it's free so it doesn't get any better than that. I would really recommend.
