My store is long one, But in Short I could not be happier today - now that I have a product reveiw system that works - and works well!!!
I was with Yotpo on bigcommerce platform - and all was well, Until we where forced to move off the BC platform (Due to Payment gateways) and bad mistake for By BC for South African E-commerce sites, We migrated to Shopify, After much Ado Yotpo was unable to migrate the review file with over 1400 reveiws they sent me the file. I searched fo a suitable app at an afordable price. I tried several and all i tried had short comings. Until I tried Opinnew - I found the service from Tomasz and installation that even over the weekend, he did - took the file and uploaded it formated and uploaded it beyond perfect or excellent. I have a system thte really works well! Thanks Tomasz.

Great app, easy to use, excellent support. Would recommend. Tried another one, but Opinew was way more user friendly.
UPDATE: no longer recommended. Carousel didn't work and developers are not able to solve it or don't think it's important. I no longer want to pay $70 per month.
UPDATE 2: after changing my review to 1 star, they put in all the work to fix the app for me. A bit sad it has to go this way, but it's working well now.

This app has gone downhill fast. Prices have skyrocketed, and they've stripped away features that were part of the base paid package. Now, I have to pay FIVE TIMES MORE just to respond to reviews on my products—a feature that was previously included. This is a blatant cash grab that completely disregards the small businesses Opinew claims to support with said package.
Customer support has become a nightmare. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, the reps act clueless. One even told me there was no record of our previous conversations. I HAD TO INCLUDE SCREENSHOTS OF PREVIOUS MESSAGES BEFORE I GOT SOME HELP. This level of incompetence and disregard for loyal customers is infuriating.
