The customer service is excellent, they are always available for me if I have questions, and the turnaround time is quick.
I like the notifications that are sent to me when someone leaves a review.

Great reviews app. Easy to learn and use and does and offers more for the money than Loox. Really like the Amazon import feature (Chrome extension). Loox will only allow CSV imports for Amazon reviews. Support is super fast also.
