I like the ease of Opinew, but unclear on full application. I have made an appointment with Opinew for more clarity.

The app is great - when it works. I've used it on a couple of my stores and every store has had problems with reviews randomly disappearing... Yesterday I was left with just 3 reviews out of the few hundred I imported on one store - which looked bad for customers. Support is a bit sketchy. They acknowledge something is wrong - and then...do nothing happens to fix the problem!

Damn ... love this app. The review area looks great, I get review stars on the category and product pages, and it pulls in photos when it there are some.
No code had to put in - which is a big plus for me. The service is great and friendly. Have been working with for only one day - very happy.
I would suggest more *talking* video tutorials
I made an error. They count reviews but I read products. So I burned through 150 reviews with 6 products. So now I set the number of reviews to 12 which is about 73 [Amazon/ebay] products a month and it seems to give the customer value and look extensive enough.
Highly recommend this app.
