This app works well and offers many features. It took me a bit to figure out my way around, but it's easy to reach out and get good, polite and quick assistance if needed.

I greatly appreciate the flexibility to select which reviews to publish. Smiljan has been incredibly helpful, accommodating all of my requests with efficiency.

Stop looking around for review apps and save your time by just downloading this. It has everything you need and looks great on the site. The import function is the best on the market and helps you start on a new platform or on a new store.

This app is great for pulling in product reviews from other soruces (Amazon in our case) and it also has solid automation for review requests and plenty of options of display. What really sets it apart though is the customer service - we have an issue trying to install one of the widgets with out theme and Haris at Opinew tech support had it sorted within minutes - incredible service!

This might be the best Shopify App experience I've had yet. It was so easy and straight forward to import reviews from Amazon to our Shopify store. Our store looks much more appealing with this enhancement. I had some questions and the representative that assisted me, Kenan was a huge help, answered everything I asked and was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend using this app if you're trying to grow your business on Shopify. Thanks!

This is a fantastic app. Not only is the design top notch, but it is very simple to use, although complex. Support is excellent. I recommend a 1 on 1 with Paul, because there are questions that can be answered more efficiently in a call. Import from Amazon was very easy. And it saves you a ton of money and time to collect fresh reviews in your shop, especially if you were used to using something like Trusted Shops. We set up the option of showing the review snippets in Google Shopping campaigns. Paul walked us through this setup, which I also recommend! This will take some time to show on search engine pages, so eager to see the results once Google publishes the reviews. You may need some small adaptions to your theme if it is heavily customized. But the Opinew support team also lends a helping hand here.

I've just started using this app, and so far the installation and set up has been smooth! I had some questions regarding the features provided and Kenan was very quick in helping me to make sure I was good to go. I like how easy it is to integrate into your store, and it looks really nice.

I have spent a lot of time working with various support providers for various apps recently and I can tell you that BY FAR Opinew has the best support. For someone who doesn't have a tech background, this is a must. I appreciate them so much and couldn't recommend them more.

The person who helped me was so kind. Fantastic reviews app with photos, videos and a great price. Switched from YOTPO and Opinew - a cheaper price for the same functionality and an easy-to-use app.
