This app is a must have for ALL Shopify store owners. The customer service is absolutely wonderful to work with. They take your inquiries seriously and make sure they walk with you every step of the way to ensure that all requests are made to your standards...and most often times than not, they go above and beyond. If you want to increase your business metrics, then this app should be in your portfolio. Period. Keep up the great work, Opinew!

Only just installed but so far very happy with it. Relatively intuitive to use and looks pretty with lots of customisation possibilities. Also best ever customer support (special shoutout to Daniel)! I'm using a free version and what you get is pretty amazing. Tried 2 other apps briefly and this was the best. For the Opinew team:
There are some things that could be further optimised (e.g. in 'request schedule' section it'd be nice to see product order date and ordered items, or be able to sort customers) and also and some glitches (e.g. I seem to have to click "schedule" button twice before it gets sent) Thanks for the great work guys!

I was looking for an app enabling me to import reviews from Amazon easily and without limitations, and this app seems to be the best one for that.
It's very practical, with a beautiful display as well, and there are also great marketing tools like emails for customers.
And the customer service is great, I got some help quickly to customize some elements.

We love this app! It is very easy to set up and offers simple but powerful benefits. We are able to import our reviews from Amazon and manage settings with no issues. Reviews are so important to help customers feel confident with their purchase. We immediately experienced an increase in our conversion rate after adding Opinew and displaying customer reviews to our visitors. We had a few questions about setting up some of the extra features and the support team was very responsive and helpful. I wish we would have discovered Opinew sooner!
