Had not tested to see if the photolock still worked and found out it does not. How long have I been paying for a product that does not prevent vistors to my website from lifting my content? How do I apply for refunds? This was installed in 2019 and last major website revision a few years ago, I tested everything on my website. All was working well. Today I found out it does not work.

We understand how frustrating this must be. The app would not disable itself — this typically results from theme updates or manual changes, and it's likely someone turned off the app embed during your last revision and forgot to reactivate it.

This app has been great. It has proved it works several times. I like knowing my photos and products are safer on the internet. It is really nice to be able to block certain countries as well. I reached out to customer service for some information, and they were quick to respond and very nice. I would recommend this app!
