The application has way too many issues. I have already placed orders through the app. The "in progress" status of the order has not changed for days. Unfortunately, my emails are not replied to either. That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! For now, not worth the days spent.

The service is great, the prices are very competitive. The quality of the canvases is high They still have some small technical problems but they are giving me all the necessary assistance If I can leave a piece of advice, it would be much better to be able to sell with the same store both in Europe and in the USA. At the moment it is not possible to use the same Store to sell, for example, in the UK and the USA 5 stars you deserve!

First I must say, I'm not sure the comments here are real. The application has way too many issues. I can't even understand how other people managed to work with it. The mockups it creates are inconsistent and revert the color of your designs! The uploads take forever. The support is not good either. They respond quickly but for most of my requests their response has been "It works fine here". That doesn't solve my issue as a customer! There 1 open request that they're looking into at the moment and I will see how they handle it and based on that I will reconsider trying again. For now, not worth the days spent.
