Worst Service received by PICKRR... Please do not download this app. My amount is stuck and I need the amount back. I cannot place the shipment order nor I can connect any customer support representative. I want to delete this app and get my amount back.

The app is helpful. But technical issues keep coming once a week. Their delivery partner coordination is ok types and issues linger sometimes.

Poor Platform with insanely poor customer service and leadership team! If you unfortunately get assigned to Shivani, please think about closing your business as none of your orders would be delivered.
Ticket resolution is poor

The support team and our KAM Bhumanyu Goel is the best in terms of getting resolution and queries. Would definitely recommend

We are using pickrr services for a year now, the service so far is exceptionally amazing. We tried Shyplite, Shiprocket in past and have had terrible experience then moved to Pickrr which turned out to meeting our expectations. We are also seeing growth in no orders and weight management is really easy task here. Must try if you want to get out of headache from shyppers.
