Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver

I recently used Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver and was blown away by the amazing service. The app is super clean and user-friendly, and the date picker made it easy to schedule my deliveries. The team at Alpaca were incredibly professional and took great care of my issues incredibly fast. I couldn't be happier with the service and would definitely give them 5 stars! Thank you, Alpaca!

My business requires customers to select a date and time slot for collection. It has been a nightmare working with Shopify but this app has made the journey so much easier. It has all types of functions that I didn’t even know I needed. Also huge shoutout to the Josh and his team. They have been so helpful.

I deliver and I wanted a subscription app on my site. Right now this can only be achieved with a delivery app on Shopify. Of all the delivery apps out there Alpaca is the absolute best for customer service. Hands down. They're quick to respond, detailed, easy to understand. They're happy to hear feedback and actually consider it. Not something you get with all App developers. When you find them it makes all the difference. With other delivery apps if you want to add more delivery areas you have to add more locations within your shopify admin. There is a limit to how many locations you have depending on your Shopify plan. Alpaca has designed it in a way that you can add within their app several areas and they can all be linked to one starting location within Shopify so you are not limited to how you can design the customer experience with different details per zone that you create. In addition to that they have a lot of options for you to choose from when it comes to how you want to communicate to your customers throughout their online journey. The look and feel of the touch points for the customer are easy to understand and fit nicely within any theme. If you're stuck on something and need a bit of a work around they know the program inside and out and are willing to take the time to think about how to solve your dilemma with another option within the app. I hear there are more features on the way with regards to fulfillment of orders as well.

Was a bit confusing at the start, but when reach out to support can get it solved very quick. Nice app, will recommend!

I needed an app to allow me to offer multiple local delivery options at once and this was the only one I could find that solved my problems. Thank you for this app and keep up the great work! I never leave reviews but had to for this.

If you're looking for an app to do local pickup or delivery this is it. We needed more functionality than what Shopify provides you and alpaca did exactly what we wanted it to. Works easily out of the gate and is customizable to what you need even if you dont know what you're doing. Excellent customer service on top of that makes this a must have app for anyone running a store.

Seems very buggy and it just stopped working!! On the local delivery page inside the app its just freeze. It didnt work to calculate fees etc. Not worth a penny.

This app has really helped us with our online orders both pick up and delivery. the format is easy to use and the response to any question is answered promptly. Seems like more and more features and being added and the team on this app are always working to improve the functionality and the overall performance of the app. if you are on the fence just download this app and it will be worth every penny.

We've been using Alpaca for a almost 5 months now. The support is 5 stars. Alpaca works brilliantly. Easy to use and always developing new features. If your reading this thinking is this the app for me I urge you to install it and use the free trial. I promise you that you will not look back. We've switched to Alpaca during the Christmas period when there was no orders in the system. Alpaca seams so much reliable. We haven't missed any orders. We did use another delivery app from the shopify store which is over twice as much. It stopped working and causing issues so that's why we swapped. Alpaca have listened to my feature requests and done a lot of work their end to get our printing sheets to print the way we need the to. Ryan have been amazing in supporting us. Answering emails the same day. We can't fault them so far

Good looking app. Learned on implementation, since I have two locations, I was not eligible for the $19/m plan. Needed to upgrade to the $49/m plan. Then I was going to have limited access to the features on my basic Shopify plan because it does not Carrier Service API. (API support is included on Shopify's Annual plans or could be added for an additional $20/m.) In my situation implementation was going to cost an additional $88/m. I was able to find more cost effective options to do the same function.

We want to thank Joshua for his kindful and useful help. When we started to try the App, I was a little worried because I thought the all 5 stars reviews were maybe fake, and there is not so many tutorials videos compare to other apps so maybe we could be lost. But now I can confirm that the App works very well and is easy to manage after you configure it properly. And the support was incredibly quick, efficient and very kind. Thank you very much for your good work !

Great App!! The customer support is very helpful and quick! I wasn't familiar with how to get everything set up, but their support guided me through all the different settings, I would recommend!

Great experience using the Alpaca app! We had a little bit of a learning curve since we only offer online orders for curbside pickup, but Ryan was able to help us work through any issues and tailor the App to work properly for our store. Josh and Ryan were brilliant in helping me integrate Alpaca into my store, outside of its normal use-case and really made it shine. I said this to them in our chat earlier, but the monthly fee you pay for Alpaca is worth every penny for having the super-talented developers on hand to help you out! Even at the crack of dawn in my case! :)

This app has been a lifesaver. My website has food caterers and restaurants in different locations. Alpaca was the only solution that actually did what it said it did and beyond. Their customer support is beyond exceptional.

All of my vendors I work with use different delivery prices. It was very difficult in shopify to be able to set different rates of delivery from different locations. I tried the built
in shopify feature and also tried zapiet apps. It was very frustating to get almost no support from shopify or zapiet to help do what their features claim to do. Once I finally got the help, they informed me that it doesn't work for my model.
I downloaded Alpaca, I had my doubts about them as well, but they had a chat feature built into the settings of their app. I could chat with them right away to guide me through the process. They had features that could help me but not all of them. But after working with them and their amazing support, they were able to create workarounds that enabled the functionalities I was looking for.
Overall, its one of the best apps if you have and pickup or deliveries methods, ti can do so much more beyond that. You will be surprised how responsive their support is and they truly want to figure out a way to help you achieve your goals.
I'm glad I found Alpaca, if it wasn't for them, I would be paying a developer over $800 to do the same thing.

Alpaca makes delivery options wondrously simple. It's intuitive and doesn't feel restrictive like other delivery apps. The team are incredibly knowledgeable and provide amazing support (even in my less-than-convenient for them timezone - thanks Ryan!).
