Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver

The team at Alpaca are truly amazing, I definitely had quite a complicated store with a range of delivery categories. They took this all in their stride, big shout out to Ryan! Superb communication. Customer online shopping experience, up a couple levels because Alpaca.

Cannot recommend the alpaca app enough. It allows us to offer a really seamless and sophisticated pickup/local delivery service for our customers and the customer support is above and beyond.

Great app but even better customer support. They were very quick to reply and solve my issues. I highly recommend Alpaca for anyone who wants to offer pickup in their Shopify store.

Love this app so far! Was able to install on my website seamlessly and Ryan was able to customize the app to the website's design. Thank you for spending so much time on this. Can't wait to test the Local Delivery function as well.

Alpaca has been great for our busy e commerce pet business. Specifically, when we needed a couple extra tweaks , the tech staff were very fast on email and made all necessary changes so it worked perfectly for us.

This app's team, from developers to support are rockstars in the best sense of the word. Anytime I've had an issue they've been able to get it fixed or offer suggestions on improving our own workflows. I am very happy with our decision to use their app to facilitate our pickup needs.

Amazing app! After looking for countless hours for a good app to solve delivery customization and scheduling I stumbled across Alpaca. By far the best available for delivery and booking customization. It is the only app I have seen that actually allows you to customize and schedule delivery options for multiple products at checkout instead of each product individually. If that wasn’t enough the backend order update and route generation systems are amazing! The team at Alpaca provided the best customer support I have seen on any shopify app and were more than willing to call to answer any questions I had and help me setup the app exactly how we needed it!

The customer service team is awesome! I would recommend this app because the CS team has your back.

I have been using this app for about close to a year and it has worked wonderfully. It did take me awhile to understand how the app works but it's functions are so complete that I'd recommend to anyone running an online store. Josh (and his partner) from Alpaca has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us from day 1. They were quick to understand our challenges and needs, and patiently helped us through every step. I'd this app is worth paying for. Learn it, use it and let it take you further.

When we started to try the App, I was a little worried because I thought the all 5 stars reviews were maybe fake, and there is not so many tutorials videos compare to other apps so maybe we could be lost. But now I can confirm that the App works very well and is easy to manage after you configure it properly. And the support was incredibly quick, efficient and very kind.
