Alpaca is a life saver for my small business! We are able to seamlessly manage our order flow via this app and this easily replaces at least a full days worth of work each week if not more. We at GT have been using Alpaca for the last 2 years and have been amazed by its ease of use and scalability. Alpaca is an intuitive solution to pick, pack and dispense the BOPIS orders. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Designed to optimize picking efficiencies, instructs the users on how to pack the items picked and at a click of a button, dispense the order after customer pickup.

I've been using Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver since 2021, and I can confidently say it's a top-tier Shopify app. Over the years, the support team has consistently been helpful, but the new team led by Steve has set a new standard for excellence.
