If you're on the Shopify Basic plan, using apps like ours requires the store theme to be compatible with the app blocks and Online Store 2.0, which, in fact, is a standard for building Shopify themes nowadays. These requirements are lifted on higher plans than Basic, so if you decide to upgrade your Shopify plan, we'd be more than happy to help you implement our app. Please let us know if you are interested, and we will provide you with further assistance.
