Was uns von Anfang an überzeugt hat, ist die einfache Bedienung. Die Prozesse sind logisch aufgebaut und man findet sich schnell zurecht – gerade im Lageralltag ist das Gold wert. Unsere Logistik ist dadurch deutlich strukturierter und effizienter geworden.
Auch der Support ist top. Wenn mal etwas ist, bekommt man schnell eine Rückmeldung und es wird sich zuverlässig gekümmert.
Top Shopify-ERP & WMS: Pickware bündelt Lager, Versand, Rechnungen und Bestände zentral, sorgt mit Barcodescannern für fehlerfreie Prozesse und hat unsere Abläufe mit Shopify massiv beschleunigt.
Wir nutzen Pickware nun seit einem Jahr und sind rundum zufrieden. Das System entwickelt sich stetig weiter, wird laufend verbessert und passt perfekt zu unseren Abläufen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den wirklich guten Service und das durchweg freundliche, hilfsbereite Team.
