Picqer is een fantastisch programma, waarmee we veel tijd en geld hebben bespaard op het gebied van logistiek en fulfilment. De Picqer-Shopify app werkt heel goed.
Picqer is in een woord fantastisch! We zouden niet meer zonder willen. Picqer is een van de meest gebruiksvriendelijke software die wij kennen. Mocht je ergens niet uitkomen en een vraag stellen; de respons tijd is vaak minder dan een uur. Zelfs in tijden van de lockdown is de support supersnel. Picqer heeft er voor gezorgd dat we zeker 3 tot 4 mensen minder nodig hebben om de orders te kunnen verzenden en de inkomende goederen te faciliteren.
Great warehousing application with outstanding support!
Normally we are really hesitating with handing out good reviews or reviews in general. Too often applications seem to start very nicely and dropped off immense. But with Picqer we are totally satisfied for a few months already and as the outstanding support really deserves it we have decided to write this review. Picqer is a great application and an easy to use and secure solution for companies that want to take the picking, packing and warehouse process on an optimized path. Picqer is very easy to use, very easy to connect with different other platforms, applications and shipping carriers.
Furthermore the application works super smooth and is very reliable. Within three months of using we did not had a single order that has not been imported or a single item missing on the lists. And the support of Picqer is a big help and truly outstanding.
They are always helping us out regarding questions or supporting us regarding new features that we would like to have in the application.
We never waited longer then 3-4 hours for a reply and they always had a solution for our issues and questions. Big thumbs up from our side and a very well deserved 5 star review from us!
