First the app is not Free. It is a Free trial period. Second It does not bulk import images from Goggle Photo to your shopify site. All images must go to the pics.io site before they can be bulk imported to your site. Yep an extra step that they charge you for. Expensive and time consuming.

Firstly, our app does indeed offer a free version, but it comes with certain limitations. You can match up to 20 images for free, which is great for small tasks or trying out the service. We understand the importance of transparency about this, and we're sorry if there was any confusion regarding the free trial and its limits.

However, we acknowledge that for more than 20 images, a subscription starting at $50 per month is required, and we're continually working to provide value and efficiency with our pricing and features.

Regarding the bulk import of images: it’s not necessary to move images to Pics.io before importing them to your Shopify store for those who store product data in Google Drive / Amazon S3. Pics.io can pull the data from Google Drive / Amazon S3 automatically.

We do not support direct sync from Google Photos as it's stated in our documentation. We strive to be clear about the features and limitations of our service, and we regret any misunderstanding about the supported platforms.

This app has endless capabilities for your images. I am currently using it for my Shopify app to bulk upload. I used the free trial and started engaging and quickly found out that this is a great resource. I slowly upgraded to unlock more of the features. Very user friendly (I am amateur level/self taught techwise). There are endless possibilies for tagging, editting, and integrating with my Shopify store. Live Support was readily available for me and was especially helpful in finding "work arounds" with tricky tasks.
I like it!!
