This is very, very bad! I do not recommend using this app, as it does not provide the promised features as described. It constantly breaks, freezes, and doesn’t work. The support team does not fix the issues and doesn’t respond to requests in a timely manner.
Hello! Our app is up and running for all our customers and we take pride in our quick responses and time taken to fix problems. Due to a lack of communication, we could not, and still cannot understand what your new issues are.
