I started with a BOT chat but my problem couldn't be resolved. I was then forwarded to Alex who solved my problem quickly. I love this APP and it is exactly what I wanted to improve my customers experiences.
This is very, very bad! I do not recommend using this app, as it does not provide the promised features as described. It constantly breaks, freezes, and doesn’t work. The support team does not fix the issues and doesn’t respond to requests in a timely manner.

I am SO happy to have found an app that does exactly what Picture It does. Not only was it super easy to install and apply select features to my products, it's so affordable compared to what developers will charge to custom build something like this on your website. Picture It's customer service was excellent as well. I had several questions that were answered promptly and thoroughly. Can't wait to see how my customers take to this new feature.
