was thrilled to try this company but it was one disappointment after another. now I'm seriously considering to take our case to court. they violated the simplest consumer rights and are not happy with language I used after everything happened. first of all your trial will be over in 30 minutes, not in 14 days, as advertised. the reason? you've used your 1 credit in your trial. so basically you take a breath you get charged. then my card declined and I went there and paused my membership, the next day they try to charge me again, now there is no option to cancel or pause my membership, only to update my card on file. finally they were able to charge my card and refusing to make a refund. when I login to my account I still see the message to enter my billing information. I got charged without my consent and still did not receive service or refund. Clear violation of consumer's rights. So I will do everything in my power to let everybody know how FRAUD this company is. And they will be held accountable.
