The app is perfect if you want to build a form, even in the free tier. Has lots of customisations and integrations available. And support is always helpful.

I needed a popup form with a floating button for the testimonials page on my store. I literally tried every app. Many don't have this option at all and those that do are not very flexible with the button placement. This app allowed me to create exactly the form I needed and also had flexible options on placing the button. I just got it set up and I can tell already that it's a keeper.

DO NOT INSTALL!!! This app fucked our entire store and now we have to put a tons of work to solve this or maybe even rebuild the entire website. I contacted them and they won't answer....
