This app is perfect for diffrent reasons. First of all, the price is very good for the amount of service and options you get. The customer service is also very good, they are very helpful and they put a lot of work in just to satisfy it's customers. A must have app, great service.

Finally- a contact form app with tons of options that are ACTUALLY relevant in the year 2021! The options I need are available within the free plan- and the free plan is awesome! It is more than what I expected. The contact forms are customizable so I can match my brand colors! And I can actually embed the form on my page- revolutionary. 5 stars!

Helpful for now with the free trial as we are currently facing issues with duplicate submission by google forms. Will upgrade if the need arises!
Considering it is free, best app for form building. I can almost do every customization and receive unlimited submissions.

This app has just about every feature you could want in a form creator, and so far everything I've tried works without issues or limitations. They really thought of everything! And the developer is very accommodating, responds to emails quickly and answering questions clearly and completely to get you in the right direction and walk you through how things work. I'm really glad I found this one!
