Have been using the Pify Form for the last 6-7 months and it has worked flawlessly. Not sure there's a better, more easy to use form builder out there.

Using the free seems fine, but I wish we had the option to use more than 10 custom fields

Pify Form Builder-Contact Form is simply amazing!
This is the second website where I've used this plugin, and it offers a wide range of modules to choose from. Plus, it’s free with various pricing options, which is a very user-friendly setup.
