Very pleased with this app for our website. As a design company, we wanted to gather as much information from our clients as possible, and out of all the form apps we found, this one was the best. i really liked how easy to handle this app, i use this application to build a form in order to start sellling in Cash on Delivery. and it works very well, i recommed this app.
