I have tested many contact forms, but Pify's Form is the best with many columns available, very flexible layout, and its perfect design !!

I am trying a few form builders for my site, this one stands out as the best so far!
Still need to play some more with it but everything worked fine on my first couple forms, and the price is competitive too. Highly recommend!
