I would recommend this app to anyone due to how simple and easy it is to use. My only small complaint is, its hard to adjust the colors on the design portion of the form. Other than that, its great!

Good Form builder. It has everything that I need. Also they let you remove their branding so that the form will look yours.

This form has allowed me to collect over 100 high ticket leads for my business. The developer team also went out oof their way to integrate custom JS so I could redirect to specific URLs based on customer's answers which has vastly improved the performance of my Google ads optimization
