Everything that I wanted. I tried three other popup builders before this and this is the only one that has all the features that I wanted. The only thing I wouldn't mind is allowing for different images depending on the device used (Desktop vs mobile).

I need a custom form design for returns and the team went above and beyond to intergrade my thoughts into the design. They are always willing to help with anything that you ask of them. I would not hesitate to recommend this app to anyone needing a custom form for there store.

Very pleased with this app for our website. As a design company, we wanted to gather as much information from our clients as possible, and out of all the form apps we found, this one was the best. It's super easy to create and integrate into our store. The customer service was very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with some more complex items. Highly recommend

Over all it serves its purpose BUT I wish the edit options were more user friendly and there were more options.
Great app. I moved over from Jotform and glad I did.
Takes a couple of goes to get used to the platform but real easy once you get going. Got forms all over my website now and its increasing enquiries.
Had a couple of IT fixes required and questions. Lily and the team responded very quickly. They'll keep helping until its resolved.

Stopped sending me emails after a few days. Emails to customers have never worked. App would be ok but is relatively buggy.

After investigating, we found that the email notifications weren't being sent because the "customer email notifications" setting wasn't enabled for your form. Our support team previously reached out to assist with this—could you confirm if the issue has been resolved?

This app deserves 6 truly. I would say this app is the best form app for us. First of all, We have installed and tried about 8 form apps and most of them have some limitations. (I.e. this app is the only/one of the few that could connect to Microsoft Exchange though SMTP). Secondly, Sunny is super helpful and we asked for some custom feature and he really look into it and help us to achieve that. With the best hardware and software, this app should at least rank top 3 among all form apps!!!
