I needed a popup form with a floating button for the testimonials page on my store. I literally tried every app. Many don't have this option at all and those that do are not very flexible with the button placement. This app allowed me to create exactly the form I needed and also had flexible options on placing the button. I just got it set up and I can tell already that it's a keeper.

Very awesome APP and customer service! The APP is easy to use and set up, and the customer service Sunny helps me a lot for everything promptly. Every business who need form should use it! Highly recommend!

Love it! Easy to use! However, I wish that there were more font options in the free plan because I'm not a fan of the fonts chosen right now.
