This app deserves 6 truly. I would say this app is the best form app for us. First of all, We have installed and tried about 8 form apps and most of them have some limitations. (I.e. this app is the only/one of the few that could connect to Microsoft Exchange though SMTP). Secondly, Sunny is super helpful and we asked for some custom feature and he really look into it and help us to achieve that. With the best hardware and software, this app should at least rank top 3 among all form apps!!!

It made setting up pre-orders and managing product availability super easy. The interface is clean and intuitive, and customer support is fast and professional. We are getting submissions but we aren't able to view them! Can't contact this app creator at all and we finally deleted it. Said we had 33 submissions and under the free plan, we should be able to have 50 sumissions/month. They won't let us view any of the submissions. No way to get any customer support. Finally just deleted it. They keep telling us to upgrade. 1st level above the free plan is $29.99 per month! Can't access any of the submissions so basically not worth having on the site.

Could you please check if your email is working properly or if the emails might be in your junk folder? We would like to clarify some points here, as we are concerned that you may still not be receiving our emails. It is true that the free version allows for 50 submissions per month. Upon checking the data for your form, we found that you have had a total of 33 submissions so far, but there have been no new submissions this month. Therefore, there is no data in the submission list. We would also like to kindly remind you that our plan is only $5.99/month with unlimited submissions. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused, and we will work on improving this. Thank you.

They are very attentive and friendly. They always respond within 24 hours.
I had a very specific problem because the confirmation emails weren't arriving to the customer's email, and they resolved it the same day the minor issue arose.
I also made a special request because I needed to redirect account creation from the basic Shopify form to the form created with Pify, and they granted it.
The app is very functional, has everything you need, and is very simple and intuitive to use. It has some very elegant designs, and its prices are very affordable.
I recommend it 100%; the support is always there, and that gives me peace of mind and confidence.
