thank you for the functionality and the support! The support can be a bit faster but never the less, the form has capabilities that are better than any other form app on shopify. I know because I've tried it!

Perfect for what we needed to do! It has conditions and and you can really customize your forms in several ways! I had a little issue with some conditons but support was quick at fixing it!
