its a great product and the free tier has made it much easier to test out. The other tiers are reasonably priced too

We are moving our store to Shopify, and Sunny, Lily, and their team were amazing in promptly addressing all of our requests and assisting us in setting up the forms with the customizations we asked for. So far we recommend this app and service.

I needed it for a simple form, but I am not very skilled at navigating technical instructions.....Sunny (customer service) was amazing at guiding me through the process and more importantly, installed the app for me on my website! Her perseverance and patience with me was fantastic! I highly recommend this company, particularly for techno challenged people like me.......

This app worked great right out of the box. It had clear and easy to use instructions. I would like to have the ability to add company logo.
Very Good App As i used for forms till date... I can use how much i want that much forms with its paid version..
