So far enjoying using the form builder, I am hoping to be able to make use of the free plan for our needs, but not sure if that is going to be possible yet.
I love how easy this app makes form building. I highly recommend this for employment applications and contact pages!

Excellent full-featured app with highly customizable settings. Forms can include virtually every data entry field. Many templates or build your own from scratch. Your forms will look great.
